3. How much does your service cost?

Our starting price is £59, but the final cost depends on the complexity of the job.

  • If it’s a simple job, the price will remain at £59.
  • If additional work or materials are needed, the locksmith will assess the situation and provide a price on the spot before proceeding.
  • You can choose to accept or decline the quote before any work begins.

4. How fast can you get to me?

We aim to arrive within 30-60 minutes, depending on your location and traffic conditions.

5. Do you charge a call-out fee?

No, we do not charge a call-out fee. You only pay for the service provided.

6. Can you open my door without damaging the lock?

Yes, we always try to use non-destructive entry methods whenever possible. However, in some cases where the lock is damaged or high-security, drilling may be required, and we will replace the lock if necessary.

7. What if I need a lock replacement after a burglary?

We offer emergency burglary repairs and can replace or upgrade your locks to improve security. We can also provide a home security assessment to identify potential weaknesses.

8. Do you work with smart locks?

Yes! We install, repair, and configure smart locks, digital keypad locks, and high-security access systems.

9. Do you cut or program car keys?

No, we do not provide car key cutting, car key programming, or key fob services.
