At Locks Unlock, we strive to make our payment process simple, secure, and transparent. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, security measures, and refund eligibility for payments made over the phone or in person.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
✔ Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) – Processed securely over the phone.
✔ Bank Transfers (For pre-approved transactions only).
✔ Cash Payments (Accepted upon service completion).

Please note: We do not accept checks or cryptocurrency payments at this time.

2. Secure Phone Payments

  • All card payments made over the phone are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment gateway.
  • We do not store your card details. Payments are encrypted to protect against fraud.
  • A payment receipt will be sent via email or SMS upon request.

3. Pricing & Estimates

  • Prices are not fixed and vary depending on the complexity of the job.
  • The starting price for our services is £59 (call-out fee may be added on top of the prices also) for simple jobs.
  • If the job requires additional work or materials, the locksmith will assess the situation and provide a price on the spot before proceeding.
  • Customers have the right to accept or decline the quote before any work is carried out.

4. Payment Timing & Deposits

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
  • For certain high-value jobs, a deposit may be required before service begins. This will be communicated in advance.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • If a cancellation occurs before service begins, a full refund may be issued.
  • Once the service is completed, refunds are not available unless there is a service-related issue.

6. Additional Charges

  • Emergency call-outs, late-night services, and additional labor may incur extra fees. These will be clearly stated before the job begins.
  • Failed transactions or chargebacks may result in additional fees.
