At Locks Unlock, we strive to provide the best locksmith services. However, we understand that circumstances may require a cancellation or refund. Please review our policy below.
1. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their service appointment up to 1 (One) hour before the scheduled time without any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 20 minutes before the appointment may be subject to a call-out fee.
- If our locksmith arrives at the location and the service is no longer needed, a call-out fee will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if the service was not provided due to an error on our part.
- No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the service, we will assess the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a free reservice or partial refund at our discretion.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date.
3. No-Show Policy
- If a customer is not present at the agreed location and time, a no-show fee may apply.
- If we are unable to reach the customer after 20 minutes, the appointment may be canceled, and a call-out fee will be charged.
4. Rescheduling
- Customers may reschedule their appointment 30 Minutes in advance without any penalty.
- Last-minute rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Exceptions
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
- If a service cannot be completed due to an issue beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided), a call-out fee may apply.
